Nomvula & Theo

18 March 2028 · Paternoster, West Coast
Our story

A wrong turn, a fish braai and a long walk home.

Theo was trying to find a friend's beach house in Paternoster and knocked on the wrong white door. Nomvula opened it, pointed him the right way, and then, since the fire was already going, offered him a plate of snoek.

He stayed until the lanterns came out. Six summers, one tiny flat in Woodstock and a very patient cat later, he asked her to marry him on the same stretch of beach, with the same friend's fire burning in the distance.

So we're going back to where it started, and we'd love you to come with us.

Will you be there?

Kindly let us know if you can make it, at the link below, with the names of everyone in your party and anything we should know about what you eat.

Good to know

Questions, answered

What should I wear?

Summer formal in soft colours. The ceremony is on the sand, so leave the heels at home.

Will it be windy?

It's the West Coast, so probably a little. Bring a wrap or a light jacket for the evening.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We can only welcome the guests named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
